Customer service it takes longtime to answer you back . And about your money is grantee is a BIG LIE they not cover any thing and I made an order with 800 dollars and the traveller take it and he not brought me anything. And I spoke with the customer service and they didn't do anything and they did not gave my money back !!!!!!! BIG LIE
My 1000$ order was stolen by the traveller, and the customer service was no help.. Thay blamed me for trusting Thier traveller and refused to bay me back anything!!

Great app .helped me emensly. My first shipment was a complete success.
The application is one of the best ever. I used it many times, but it starts to change things. At first, i used to put up to 5 items from the same category like toys in the same shipment without any problems. Now it won't even let me put over two items together from kids toys category. It tells me that i exceeded the limit for the category kids toys. I dont know what is the problem. I have never encountered a problem like this before. I need someone to explain the situation please. Thanks.

I am beyond disappointed . After successfully giving each person his/her things. I still haven't gotten payed over a year later. I was told after all the delay" once solved we will update you and send you the transfer receipt." this was july 4 2021 !!!!
As a strat the application was good... then people used it in the wrong way, and HH have tried to be smarter but unfortunately being smart with a non practical policy ( 5 days prior travelling to post your trip) which means if you have purchased it like in my case 5 days prior travelling they will not accept to add it .... in addition to that customer service are really slow and useless... which makes other applications more practical and HH is pushing people away.
